प्यारे दोस्तो ! प्रधान मंत्री जी ने आवास योजना ग्रामीण व शहरी दोनों के लिए शुरू कर दी है | इस लेख में हम आपको प्रधान मंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना की संपूर्ण जानकारी देंगे |
जैसा की आप जानते हैं शहरी और ग्रामीण जगहों में एक सबसे बड़ा अंतर ये है की हालाँकि गावों में लोगों के पास अपने घर होते हैं लेकिन ग़रीब लोगों के घर कच्चे होते हैं | इस योजना के तहत ऐसे ग़रीब लोगों की पक्का मकान बनवाने के लिए आर्थिक सहायता दी जाएगी

Old Name of Scheme – Indira Awas Yojana

New Name of Scheme – Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY G)

Aim of the Scheme – To construct 1 crore Pucca houses in rural areas in next 3 years by providing financial assistance

• 33 Lakh Houses in 2016-17
• 33.5 Lakh Houses in 2017-18
• 33.5 Lakh Houses in 2018-19

इस योजना का उद्घाटन प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने आगरा (उत्तर प्रदेश) के कोट मीना बाज़ार में 20 नवंबर 2016 को किया | इस योजना का पुराना नाम इंदिरा आवास योजना था |इस योजना के तहत 3 सालों (2016 -2019) में लगभग 1 करोड़ पक्के मकान बनाने के लिए आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी

Eligibility

To make the most of this scheme, all those who are interested must be aware of the eligibility. Here are the eligibility details –

• The beneficiaries are chosen as per the Census 2011 (SECC 2011)
• Preference is given to those people who are either home less or live in kuccha house
• Every year a list of beneficiaries will be made

इस योजना का लाभ 2011 की जनगणना के अनुसार दिया जाएगा | प्राथमिकता उन लोगों को दी जाएगी जो आवास विहीन हैं अथवा कच्चे मकान में रहते हैं |हर साल लाभार्थी लोगों की सूची तैयार की जाएगी

Financial Help to be Offered

Under this scheme following financial benefit will be given according to the location –

• Plane Areas – Rs 1,20,000
• Hilly Areas – Rs 1,30,000
• Along with this financial Assistance, every beneficiary will be offered 90 to 95 days employment under MNREGA which would be almost Rs. 18,000. A sum of Rs. 12,000 will also be offered to construct Toilets.

इस योजना के अंतर्गत क्षेत्रों के मुताबिक आर्थिक सहायता दी जाएगी जो इस प्रकार है –
मैदानी इलाक़ों के प्रत्येक लाभार्थी को 1 लाख 20 हज़ार तक की सहायता

• पहाड़ी व दुर्गम क्षेत्रों के प्रत्येक लाभार्थी को 1 लाख 30 हज़ार तक की सहायता
• इसके अलावा प्रत्येक लाभार्थी को मनरेगा के अंतर्गत 90 से 95 दिनों की मज़दूरी का अवसर दिया जाएगा जिससे की 18 हज़ार तक की आय हो जाएगी | साथ ही साथ पक्के शौचालय का निर्माण करने के लिए 12 हज़ार तक की वित्तीय सहायता

How to Apply For Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin 

As mentioned before, the selection of beneficiaries will be done on the basis of SECC 2011 data. Any interested applicant can find out his name in the list. Depending on where his/her name exists the benefit will be given automatically. However, it is important the all the eligibility conditions are met.

ग्रामीण आवास योजना के लिए आवेदन कैसे करें

आवास योजना ग्रामीण के लिए चयन सामाजिक और आर्थिक जनगणना वर्ष 2011 के आधार पर ग्राम सभा द्वारा किया जाएगा | लाभार्थी सूची में अपना क्रम जानकार इस बात का अंदाज़ा लगा सकता है कि आवास के लिए उसका नंबर कब आएगा | आश्रयहीन ग्रामीण लोगों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी

Benefits –

• Financial Assistant will be transferred Directly to Bank or Post Office Account of beneficiary
• The minimum space for the house has been set as 25 square meter
• Traning to the beneficiary or the engineer will be given for preparing strong house
• All the houses will be constructed with latest technology and will be earthquake proof and safe from other natural disasters

लाभ

• इस योजना के तहत लाभार्थी को लाभ सीधा बॅंक खाते अथवा पोस्ट ऑफीस खाते में डिजिटली भेज दिया जाएगा
• घरों का निर्माण आधुनिक टेक्नालजी से किया जाएगा व ये सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा के प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से घर सुरक्षित रहे
• आवास का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 25 वर्ग मीटर सुनिश्चित किया गया है
• मजबूत एवम् टिकाउ आवास के लिए लाभार्थी व मिस्त्री को प्रशिक्षण देने का भी प्रावधान है

Gramin Aawas Yojana Application Form

There is no form for applying to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin. Beneficiaries will be choosen from the list prepared by the Gram Sabha. Once your number comes, the process of creating Pucca House will be started

इस योजना के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए अलग से कोई अप्लिकेशन फॉर्म देने की ज़रूरत नही है | ग्राम सभा द्वारा दी गयी लाभार्थी सूची के अनुसार ही लाभ दिया जाएगा
