Applicants are hereby suggested to apply for AIPMST (Secondary) - 2017, by any of the following modes:

ONLINE MODE

PROCESS – 1 (Online Application, Online Upload Images, Online Payment & Online Submission)

(Please read the following instruction carefully before filling)

Four Simple steps:

Step 1. Fill Application:

Applicants have to fill the Online Application as per the norms prescribed on the website (www.aipmstsecondary.co.in)

Step 2. Upload Images (Photograph, Signature & Left Thumb Impression):

Applicants have to upload their scanned copy of recent colour photograph, Signature and LTI in .JPG / .JPEG Format.

Step 3. Pay Examination Fee online by Debit Card / Credit Card & Net Banking:

Applicants have pay their examination fee as mentioned below in the table, online by Debit card / Credit Card & Net Banking.

Step 4. Application Submission:

Finally Applicants have to submit their dully filled application online by clicking on the submit button.

PROCESS – 2 (Online Application, Paste Images, Offline Payment & Offline Submission)

Four Simple steps:

Step 1. Fill Application:

The eligible candidates have to fill their online Application.

Step 2. Download and take a print of filled Application:

Download the filled application form after completion and take out a preferably clear and colour print out on A4 sized paper.

Step 3. Paste photograph, put signature, impress LTI & attach Demand Draft:

Applicants have to paste the hard copy of their recent passport size colour photograph (size 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm) on the application form. Students also have to then attach their signature (using blue ball point pen) and LTI (using blue stamp ink).

The Demand Draft of fee as mentioned in the table below has to be sign behind it by the candidate and then attached with the form.

Step 4. Application Submission:

Applicants have to send the hard copies of their completed filled application form along with Demand Draft (Pay examination fees through Demand Draft as fees mentioned in the table below in favour of BRAINZTORM TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE PVT. LTD. payable at NEW DELHI.Either by speed post / registered post / courier to AIPMST (Secondary) official address, mentioned on the website. All India Pre-Medical Scholarship Examination (Secondary), 106, First Floor, Vardhaman Diamond Plaza, DB Gupta Road, Paharganj, New Delhi, Pin code - 110055.

OFFLINE MODE

Fill Hardcopy of Printed Application

Four Simple steps:

Step 1. Fill Application:

The eligible candidates have to fill offline Printed Application completely and to check all details carefully.

Step 2. Paste photograph, put signature & Impress Left Thumb Impression (LTI):

Applicants have to paste recent passport size coloured photograph (size 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm) sign their form (using blue ball point pen) and LTI (using blue stamp ink) on the application form.

Step 3. Payment of Examination Fees:

Pay Examination Fees (as mentioned in table below) through Demand Draft in favour of BRAINZTORM TECHNICAL EXCELLENCEPVT. LTD. payable at NEW DELHI.

Step 4. Application Submission:

Filled application form along with Demand Draft must be sent to the following address:
